慢性重型肝炎患者应用复方茵陈方加减治疗的临床疗效探究

摘要
目的探讨复方茵陈方加减治疗慢性重型肝炎患者的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年3月至2018年3月期间收治的慢性重型肝炎患者60例为研究对象,均分为两组,对照组为西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用复方茵陈方加减,对比两组治疗情况。结果观察组的总有效率93.33%高于对照组的76.67%,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论复方茵陈方加减治疗慢性重型肝炎患者的应用效果显著,症状得到改善,提高了治疗效果,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of compound Yinchen decoction in treating chronic severe hepatitis. Methods From March 2017 to March 2018, 60 patients with chronic severe hepatitis were divided into two groups: the control group was treated with western medicine, and the observation group was treated with compound Yinchen recipe on the basis of the control group. The treatment was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33% higher than that in the control group(76.67%, P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of compound Yinchen recipe in treating chronic severe hepatitis is remarkable and the symptoms are improved. In 2004, the therapeutic effect was improved, and it is worth applying.
