摘要
目的探析CT检查在粉尘肺职业护理监护中的应用价值。方法选择120例粉尘肺患者与60例健康者,均给予胸部X线检查及相同条件下进行胸部CT检查,比较X线检查与CT检查在粉尘肺职业监护中诊断敏感度、特异度及准确度。结果 X线检查诊断尘肺108例(假阳性11例),CT增强扫描诊断尘肺113例(假阳性3例)。CT增强扫描检查诊断尘肺敏感性、特异性、诊断符合率分别为91.67%、95.00%、92.78%,显著高X线检查的80.83%、81.67%、81.11%(P<0.05)。结论相较于X线检查,CT检查能够提高诊断尘肺病诊断效能,在尘肺职业病监护中效果更好,值得推广
        Objective To explore the application value of CT examination in occupational monitoring of pneumoconiosis. Methods 120 cases of patients with pneumoconiosis and 60 cases of healthy persons were selected and given the chest X-ray examination and the CT examination under the same conditions. Then,the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the X-ray examination and the CT examination in occupational monitoring of pneumoconiosis were compared. Results 108 cases of pneumoconiosis( 11 cases of false positive) were diagnosed by X-ray examination,and 113 cases of pneumoconiosis( 3 cases of false positive) were diagnosed by CT enhanced scan examination. The sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic coincidence rate of CT enhanced scan examination in diagnosis of pneumoconiosis were 91. 67%,95% and 92. 78%,respectively,which were significantly higher than that of X-ray examination( 80. 83%,81. 67%,81. 11%,respectively)( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Compared with X-ray examination,CT examination can improve the diagnostic efficiency of pneumoconiosis,and it exhibits better effect in the occupational monitoring of pneumoconiosis. Thus,it is worth of being promoted.
