腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟疝的疗效探讨

摘要
目的:分析对腹股沟疝患儿采用腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术进行治疗的效果。方法:从2016年1月至2017年10月四川省会理县人民医院收治的腹股沟疝患儿中选取56例患儿作为研究对象。将其随机分为研究组和对照组。为研究组患儿采用腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术进行治疗,为对照组患儿采用开放式疝囊高位结扎术进行治疗。然后比较两组患儿的各项手术指标、术后并发症的发生率和病情的复发率。结果:研究组患儿手术的时间、术后疼痛症状持续的时间及住院的时间均短于对照组患儿,其术中的出血量少于对照组患儿,其术后并发症发生率低于对照组患儿,P<0.05。在随访期间,研究组患儿病情的复发率低于对照组患儿,P <0.05。结论:用腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟疝的临床效果显著,可有效地减轻患儿的痛苦,降低其术后并发症的发生率和病情的复发率。
objective: to analyze the effect of laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac in children with inguinal hernia. Methods: 56 children with inguinal hernia admitted to huili county people's hospital of sichuan province from January 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into study group and control group. The children in the study group were treated with laparoscopic high ligation of the hernia sac, and the children in the control group were treated with open high ligation of the hernia sac. Then the surgical indicators, the incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate of the disease were compared between the two groups. Results: the duration of surgery, postoperative pain symptoms and hospitalization of the children in the study group were shorter than those in the control group. The intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group, and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). During the follow-up period, the recurrence rate of children in the study group was lower than that in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac in the treatment of inguinal hernia in children has a significant clinical effect, can effectively reduce the pain of children, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate of the disease.
