水下不分散混凝土海水环境下的结构与性能

摘要
配制C40水下不分散混凝土,探究海水养护对掺入不同矿物掺和料的混凝土结构与性能的影响.通过力学性能的研究,发现海水养护能提升混凝土早期抗压强度,降低长期强度.采用压汞法测出的孔隙结构表明海水养护降低混凝土的孔隙率.矿物掺和料能细化孔结构,减弱海水中有害离子对混凝土结构的影响,其中掺加硅灰优于粉煤灰和矿粉1∶1复掺与沸石粉,硅灰最佳掺量为8%.
        C40 non-dispersion underwater concrete is designed in order to explore the effect of seawater on the concrete structure and performance of different mineral substances. Through the study of mechanical properties,it is found that the marine environment can improve the strength of the concrete early and reduce the long-term strength. The pore structure measured by mercury intrusion method is shown to reduce the porosity of the concrete. The mineral substances can refine the pore structure and reduce the effect of harmful ions on the structure of the concrete. The mixing of silica fume is superior to the powder coal ash with mine powder and the powder of zeolite,the optimum quantity is 8%.
