摘要
目的探讨HSP27蛋白在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法应用Envision免疫组织化学染色方法检测食管鳞状细胞癌及癌旁组织中HSP27表达情况。结果 HSP27阳性表达主要定位于细胞质,其在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达水平明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。HSP27阳性表达与T分期和病理分级有关(P<0.05);但与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、病理分型以及淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论 HSP27阳性表达情况与食管鳞状细胞癌T分期和病理分级有关,提示HSP27可能作为判断食管癌预后以及治疗的新指标。
        Objective To analyze the significance of HSP27 protein expression in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expression of HSP27 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent tissues was detected by envision immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive expression of HSP27 was mainly located in the cytoplasm of subcellular structure, and its expression level in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05). The positive expression of HSP27 was significantly correlated with T stage and pathological grade(P<0.05), but not correlated with gender, age, tumor size, pathological type and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05). Conclusion The positive expression of HSP27 was positively correlated with the T stage and pathological grade of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, suggesting that HSP27 is involved in the development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, which may become a potential new target for the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of esophageal cancer.
