摘要
以甲基丙烯酸酯为原料,在反应温度为95℃、引发剂用量(w)为0.25%、链转移剂用量(w)为0.2%、反应时间为4h的条件下,合成得到磷酸酯专用黏度指数改进剂聚甲基丙烯酸酯(PMA);运用红外光谱、核磁共振波谱等分析方法对合成产物结构进行表征;将合成产物溶于磷酸酯基础油中,考察其应用性能。结果表明,所研制的PMA产品在磷酸酯中具有良好的溶解性、突出的改善油品黏温性能的能力以及优异的剪切稳定性能,是一种优良的磷酸酯专用黏度指数改进剂。
Using methacrylate as a raw material,a specific viscosity index improver polymethacrylate(PMA)for phosphate ester was synthesized at a reaction temperature of 95°C,an initiator dosage of0.25%,a chain transfer agent dosage of 0.2%,and a reaction time of 4h.The structure of the synthesized products was characterized by IR and NMR spectra.The application properties of the synthetic product were investigated by dissolving it in phosphate ester base oil.The results showed that the polymethacrylate product has a good solubility in phosphate ester and the outstanding ability to improve the viscosity-temperature performance of the oil and excellent shear stability.It is an excellent specific viscosity index improver for phosphate esters.
