基于“城乡—自然”共轭关系重建的市域绿地系统规划与管控研究——以北京城市副中心为例

摘要
城镇化的快速发展对市域生态系统产生了胁迫,逐渐影响到城乡人居环境质量和区域生态安全。市域绿地作为城乡发展的重要载体,在区域生态环境保护及城乡人居环境建设中扮演了重要的角色。构建城镇化发展空间和市域生态系统协调关系的市域绿地系统已经成为应对当前城镇化对生态空间胁迫危机的有效措施之一。以市域绿地为研究对象,在"共轭"理论的指导下,以北京城市副中心通州区为实例,提出与通州区资源条件和现状问题相适应的市域绿地系统规划的指导理论与方法,试图从"城乡—自然"共轭关系重建的视角下探索市域绿地系统规划与管控的内容和路径。
        The rapid development of urbanization has caused coercion to the urban ecosystem and gradually affected the quality of urban and rural living environment and regional ecological security. As an important carrier of urban and rural development,green space of municipal administrative area plays an important role in regional ecological environmental protection and urban-rural living environment construction. The green space system of municipal administrative area that constructs the coordination relationship between urbanization development space and urban ecosystem has become one of the effective measures to cope with the current urbanization crisis of ecological space stress. This paper takes the green space of municipal administrative area as the research object. Under the guidance of the " conjugation" theory,taking the Tongzhou District of the Beijing City Sub-center as an example,it proposes the guiding theory and method of municipal administrative areas ' planning of green spaces' system that is compatible with the resource conditions and current situation of Tongzhou District. Trying to explore the content and path of municipal administrative areas 'planning of green spaces' system and control from the perspective of the reconstruction of the"urban-urban-natural"conjugate relationship. The research is in harmony with the current municipal administrative areas 'planning of green spaces' system and construction problems and development requirements in China,which can not only make up for the defects and shortcomings of the municipal administrative areas' planning of green spaces' system in the current urban green space system planning system,but also formulate a scientific and rational municipal administrative areas ' planning of green spaces' system management and control policy for the urbanization of China to coordinate urban and rural areas. The contradiction between construction and nature provides a certain reference.
