摘要
培养医学生自主学习能力是近年来医学院和教学医院面临的一个重要课题。本文基于医学生自主学习能力影响因素和测评体系的视角,在理论分析的基础上,建立结构方程模型、编制调查问卷,运用SPSS等工具数据分析,对目前医学生自主学习能力的理论模型进行探索性和验证性因子分析,为提高医学教育质量提供借鉴。
Cultivating medical students' autonomous learning ability is an important issue in teaching reform of medical schools and teaching hospitals in recent years. From the perspective of influencing factors and assessment system of medical students' autonomous learning ability and based on theoretical analysis,this paper build structural equation model( SEM) and questionnaire and applied SPSS for data analysis to conduct exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis of the theoretical model of the current medical students' autonomous learning capacity,providing reference for improving the quality of medical education.
