优质护理对应用静脉留置针进行输液手足口病患儿的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨优质护理对应用静脉留置针进行输液的手足口病患儿的效果。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2018年7月在我院应用静脉留置针进行输液的85例手足口病患儿的临床资料,根据护理方式的不同分为常规护理组(41例)和优质护理组(44例)。比较两组的静脉输液不良事件发生率、临床症状缓解时间与护理服务满意度。结果与常规护理组相比,优质护理组的静脉输液不良事件发生率较低,皮疹消退时间、退热时间、溃疡消退时间与水疱结痂时间均较短,对输液环境、工作态度、护理技能、服务质量的满意度均较高,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论优质护理对于应用静脉留置针进行输液的手足口病患儿效果显著,可有效降低静脉输液不良事件发生率,加速临床症状缓解,提高护理服务满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing for children with hand-foot-mouth disease undergoing intravenous indwelling needle infusion. Methods The clinical data of 85 cases of children with hand-foot-mouth disease undergoing intravenous indwelling needle infusion in our hospital from January 2016 to July 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different nursing methods, they were divided into routine nursing group(41 cases) and high-quality nursing group(44 cases). The incidence of adverse events of intravenous infusion, relief time of clinical symptoms and satisfaction degree to nursing service were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the routine nursing group, the incidence of adverse events of intravenous infusion of the high-quality nursing group was lower, the rash disappearance time, defervescence time, ulcer disappearance time and blister scab formation time were shorter, and the satisfaction degree to infusion environment, working attitude, nursing skills and service quality were higher, with statistical differences(P <0.05). Conclusions High-quality nursing for children with hand-foot-mouth disease undergoing intravenous indwelling needle infusion can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events of intravenous infusion, accelerate the alleviation of clinical symptoms, and improve the satisfaction degree to nursing service.
