摘要
【目的】比较不同提取方法提取的油茶果壳多糖含量的差异。【方法】采用水提醇沉法、醇水提取法、超声—乙醇提取法提取油茶果壳多糖,以苯酚—硫酸法结合紫外—可见分光光度法测定其含量。【结果】超声—乙醇提取法的提取率最高,油茶果壳多糖质量分数为5.425%;水提醇沉法的提取率最低,油茶果壳多糖质量分数为2.137%。【结论】不同提取方法提取的油茶果壳多糖含量差异较大。超声—乙醇提取法提取效果更好。
        Objective To compare the difference of the contents of polysaccharide extracted from the fruit shell of Camellia oleifera by different extraction methods. Methods The water-extraction alcohol-precipitation method,alcohol-water extraction method and ultrasonic-ethanol extraction method were applied for the extraction ofpolysaccharide. Polysaccharide content was determined by phenol-sulphate acid combined with ultraviolet-visiblespectrophotometry method. Results The extraction rate of polysaccharide from fruit shell of Camellia oleifera byultrasonic-ethanol extraction method was the highest,and the mass fraction of the polysaccharide was 5.425%.The extraction rate of polysaccharide from fruit shell of Camellia oleifera by water-extraction alcohol-precipitationmethod was the lowest, and the mass fraction of the polysaccharide was 2.137%. Conclusion The contents ofpolysaccharide from fruit shell of Camellia oleifera extracted by different methods varies greatly, and theultrasonic-ethanol extraction method can achieve the highest content of the polysaccharide.
