摘要
绞吸挖泥船作为世界疏浚行业中应用较广的一种挖泥船,其技术复杂性和先进性更多的体现在挖泥机具及疏浚系统方面。为适应疏浚技术发展,开展对绞刀轴系相关技术研究成为行业的常态。本文主要对绞吸挖泥船绞刀架及绞刀轴系在工作状态下的受力情况进行分析,并通过建立有限元模型,尝试寻找可应用于绞刀轴校中的轴承受力的计算方法。目标是为绞刀轴系的校中安装计算提供参考依据,也可用于指导绞刀轴系的设计和优化。
As a kind of dredger in the world dredging industry,the cutter suction dredger has more technical complexity and advancement in the dredging equipment and dredging system. In order to adapt to the development of dredging technology,research on the related technology of cutter shafting has become the norm in the industry.This paper mainly analyzes the force of the cutter suction cutter and the cutter shaft under the working condition,and tries to find the calculation of the bearing force that can be applied to the cutter shaft by establishing the finite element model method. The goal is to provide a reference for the calibration calculation of the cutter shaft system and to guide the design and optimization of the cutter shaft system.
