摘要
目的:研究艾灸对腰椎间盘突出(LDH)的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:复制化学性神经根炎模型大鼠模拟LDH,艾灸干预14 d进行Siegal神经功能评分,采血测定IL-1β水平,HE染色观察神经根及周围肌肉组织炎症反应。结果:艾灸可显著降低模型大鼠神经功能评分,改善下肢功能障碍症状,降低血清IL-1β水平,减轻组织炎症细胞浸润,缓解化学性炎症对神经根的损害。结论:艾灸具有良好的抗炎镇痛作用,该作用可能是其临床治疗LDH的机制之一。
        Objective: To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of moxibustion in experimental with Lumbar disc herniation. Methods: We surgically duplicated a chemical radicular neuritis model to simulate lumbar disc herniation. The scores of Siegal neurological function were measured on postoperative days(PODs) 2 and 14. Inflammatory factor IL-1β level in the serum and the histology of the nerve root were determined on PODs 14. Results: Moxibustion can significantly reduce the scores of Siegal neurological function to improve the symptoms of lower limb dysfunction in model rats, decrease the level of serum inflammatory cytokines IL-1β, inhibit nerve root tissue and surrounding tissue inflammation cell infiltration, to reduce the chemical inflammation of the nerve root damage. Conclusion: Moxibustion has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects that can alleviate the discomfort of lumbar disc herniation.
