摘要
国内某卡林型金矿首套加压预氧化系统正式投产后,氰化尾渣Au品位长期偏高,本文对此进行了考察与研究。得出的主要结论为:工艺过程生成的铁矾、硫酸钙等形成新的包裹;混合矿有机炭含量过高,与活性炭存在竞争吸附;入釜矿浆氯离子浓度太高;硫化物氧化不彻底,工艺参数如温度、时间、氧压、转型等未能控制好。通过试验研究,并对现场工艺参数进行调整和改进,改进后金浸出率提高了4%以上,经济效益显著。
This paper mainly investigates and studies the reasons why the Au grade of cyanide tailings is high for a long time after the first set of pressure pre-oxidation system of Carlin-type gold ores was put into operation in China.The main reasons are as follows:the jarosite and calcium sulfate formed in the process form a new package,the organic carbon content of the mixed ore is too high and there is competitive adsorption with activated carbon,the chloride ion concentration in the pulp is too high,the sulfide oxidation is not thorough,and the process parameters such as temperature,time,oxygen pressure,transformation are not well controlled.Through experimental study,adjustment and transformation of field technological parameters,the gold leaching rate has been increased by more than 4%,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
