优质护理干预在预防剖宫产术后尿潴留的应用效果

摘要
目的对剖宫产产妇术后使用优质护理干预,分析预防剖宫产术后尿潴留的应用效果。方法将我院2016年1月至2018年10月共计2500例剖宫产患者使用数字表随机分组方法分为研究组与参照组,两组各1250例。参照组行常规护理方法,研究组采用优质护理干预方法。护理流程结束后对比两组产妇排尿无力、小腹坠胀、腰膝酸软病症积分情况,产妇拔出尿管后排尿时间及术后尿潴留病症发生率,排发问卷对比产妇护理满意度。结果使用优质护理干预的研究组各症状积分较参照组更高;拔尿管后排尿时间更短,尿潴留病症发生率较参照组更低,满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用优质护理干预能够有效提高产妇术后症状积分,降低尿潴留病症发生概率,提高产妇生活质量与满意度,其护理方法具有临床推广意义。
Objective To analyze the effect of urinary retention after cesarean section by using high quality nursing intervention after cesarean section. Methods A total of 2500 patients with cesarean section from January 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into research group and reference group by using digital table. There were 1250 cases in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing care, while the research group was given high-quality nursing intervention. After the end of the nursing process, the two groups of women with urinary weakness, abdominal bulge, waist and knee softness scores, maternal urination time and postoperative urinary retention were investigated, and the questionnaire was compared with maternal care satisfaction. Results The symptom scores of the research group using high-quality nursing intervention were higher than those of the reference group; the time of urination after urinary catheter was shorter, the incidence of urinary retention was lower than that of the reference group, and the satisfaction was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of quality nursing intervention can effectively improve postoperative symptom scores, reduce the probability of urinary retention, improve maternal quality of life and satisfaction, and its nursing method has clinical significance.
