摘要
目的探讨超微血流成像(SMI)技术对甲状腺微小癌(TMC)的诊断价值。方法对经手术病理或细针穿刺抽吸(FNA)证实的122例TMC患者140个微小结节的常规超声、SMI资料进行回顾性的分析。结果 SMI技术对TMC内微小血管及穿支微血管的显示率及显示数量与CDFI相比存在显著性差异(P=0.001)。TMC结节140个常规超声诊断符合率71.4%;使用SMI技术后诊断符合率为90%,SMI技术与常规超声检查对比(P=0.001)。结论 SMI技术能明显地提高TMC的诊断准确度,为TMC早期正确诊断开辟新途径。
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of superb micro-vascular imaging(SMI)technology in thyroid microcarcinoma.Methods The routine ultrasound and SMI of 140micro-nodule in 122 cases of papillary thyroid micro-carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively.All were confirmed by surgical pathology or fine needle aspiration(FNA)cytology.Results With SMI technology.It had special advantage in display the micro vessels and perforators inside the thyroid micro-carcinoma.There was significant difference(P=0.001)between CDFI and SMI in vessels showing rate and amounts.In 140 thyroid micro-carcinoma nodules,the diagnostic coincidence rate by routine ultrasound was 71.4%.After using SMI,the diagnostic coincidence rate was 90.0%,Contrasting SMI with routine ultrasound respectively(P=0.001).Conclusions SMI technology can obviously improve the diagnostic accuracy in diagnosing thyroid micro-carcinoma.The technology will provide a new approach to make an early accurate diagnosis of thyroid micro-carcinoma.
