摘要
采用一种无刷直流电机连续电流控制的方法抑制换相转矩脉动。该方法是在霍耳跳变后延迟30°采用连续的可控方式控制绕组电流变化,并通过改变PWM调制的占空比,使导通相电流由0逐渐增加至幅值,而关断相电流由幅值逐渐减小至0,恒通相电流保持幅值大小不变,从而三相形成连续变化的电流波形,合成电流矢量为正六边形。从实验结果可以得出,该方法抑制了换相电流脉动,并达到较好的控制效果。
A method for controlling brushless DC motor continuous current was accepted to suppress commutation torque ripple. The method was to control the winding current changes by a continuous and controllable method after a delay of 30°in Hall transition. And by changing the duty cycle of the PWM modulation,the on-phase current was gradually increased from 0 to the amplitude,the off-phase current was gradually reduced from the amplitude to 0,the constant-phase current keep the amplitude unchanged,thus the three-phase formed a continuously changing current waveform and the resultant current vector was a regular hexagon. It could be concluded from the experimental results that the method suppresses the commutation current ripple and achieves a better control effect.
