摘要

合成了一种适用于我国南方气候特点下的粉末涂料用聚酯树脂,讨论了不同用量的间苯二甲酸、三羟甲基丙烷和2-乙基-2-丁基-1,3丙二醇对合成的聚酯和粉末涂料性能的影响,并在实验室模拟了我国南方地区高温度、高湿度和高辐照度对涂层老化的影响。
        A polyester resin for highway guardrail powder coatings in southern China was synthesized. The effect of different amount of isophthalic acid, trimethylolpropane and 2-butyl-2-ethyl-1,3-propanediol on the properties of polyester and powder coatings were discussed. The effects of high temperature, high humidity and high irradiance which is the climatic characteristics of summer in southern China on aging of coatings were simulated in the laboratory.
