摘要
介绍了一栋六层砖混结构住宅楼纠偏工程的设计和施工过程.使用了顶升法对建筑物进行纠偏,同时采用人工挖孔灌注桩法对建筑物地基基础进行加固处理.通过在基础顶部增设托换梁提高上部结构刚度,最终良好的完成此住宅楼的纠偏及基础加固任务.
This paper introduces the principles,design and construction of the entire jack lifting and leaning rectification for a leaning six-layer brick-concrete structure building.Lifting method is used to rectify the buildings,and rectification recovery is used to reinforce the building foundation.By adding underpinning beam at the top of foundation to improve the basis of superstructure stiffness,the tasks of building rectification and foundation reinforcement are ultimately finished in this residential building.
