摘要
本文对食品营养与检测专业实施双导师育人模式进行探讨。双导师育人模式是给就学期间的学生匹配校内导师和企业导师,校内导师给予学生生活指导、专业知识学习及心智开发;企业导师着眼学生的企业情境教育、职业素养教育、专业认知教育、职业意识教育。通过实施双导师模式培养食品企业生产、管理、服务一线需要的应用型人才。
This paper discusses the dual tutor model of food nutrition and testing. The dual tutor education mode is to match the on-campus tutor and enterprise tutor for students in school, and the on-campus tutor gives students life guidance, professional knowledge learning and mental development. Corporate mentors focus on students' enterprise situation education, occupational quality education, professional cognition education, and professional consciousness education. Through the implementation of the dual mentor model to train food enterprises production, management, service line needs of application-oriented talents.
