摘要
采用王水回流消解土壤/沉积物,利用基体匹配法建立ICP-OES同时测定土壤/沉积物中Be、V、Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn和Pb的方法,并对各元素的谱线干扰进行了讨论和选择。利用该方法对十种土壤/沉积物标准物质进行测定,结果表明,Co、Mn、Ni、Cu和Zn的溶出率达80%以上;Pb的溶出率在50%~90%;Be、Cr和V的溶出率在40%~70%。各元素的相对标准偏差为0.3%~7.6%,加标回收率为92.1%~104%,检出限、精密度和准确度均满足土壤分析方法的要求。
        A method for the determination of Be,V,Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn and Pb in soil/sediment samples by ICP-OES with matrix matching was established. The samples were digested by Aqua Regia. The spectrum interferences were investigated and chosen. Ten kinds of geochemical standard reference material were analyzed. The obtained results showed that Leaching rates of Co,Mn,Ni,Cu and Zn were more than 80%,Pb was 50% ~ 90%,and Be,Cr and V were 40% ~ 70%. The relative standard deviation(RSD) of nine metal elements was 0. 3% ~ 7. 6%,and the recovery rate was 92. 1% ~ 104%. The detection limit,precision and accuracy of the methods met the requirements of the determination of soil.
