人参茎叶中人参皂苷的提取、分离纯化及其药理作用的研究进展

摘要
人参茎叶为五加科植物人参的干燥茎叶,主要活性成分为人参皂苷,具有补气,生津,解暑,抗疲劳等功效.本文对人参茎叶中人参皂苷的提取方法、分离纯化和药理作用进行了综述,为研究人参茎叶皂苷的提取及应用提供了一定的理论依据.
        Ginseng stem and leaf is dry leaves of five plus families ginseng plant,the main active ingredient of ginseng stem and leaf was ginsenoside,which has the advantages of engendering liquid,resolving summer heat,anti-fatigue action and so on. The traditional extraction methods include water extraction,alcohol extraction,etc. In this paper,the extraction and separation method of ginsenosides in ginseng stem and leaf,pharmacological activities were reviewed which provides a theoretical basis for the study of Ginsenoide from Ginseng stem and leaf.
