预防呼吸机相关性肺炎督查表设计

摘要
目的探讨预防呼吸机相关性肺炎督查表在胸心外科ICU中的应用效果。方法参考相关文献及2013年《呼吸机相关性肺炎预防、诊断和治疗指南》设计出预防呼吸机相关性肺炎督查表,将督查表应用于心脏术后机械通气的患者中,由每班责任组长根据表格督查预防呼吸机相关性肺炎各项措施的落实情况,再对督查表使用情况进行统计。结果使用督查表后,心脏术后患者气管插管的平均留置时间缩短、呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率下降。结论预防呼吸机相关性肺炎督查表应用于临床,能缩短患者的插管留置时间,降低呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of Ventilator-associated Pneumonia Surveillance checklist(VAPSC) in cardiac surgery intensive care unit(CICU). Methods Referring to the relevant literature and the 2013 guidelines on ventilator-associated pneumonia prevention, diagnosis and treatment, we designed the VAPSC, which was applied to patients with mechanical ventilation. Use of VAPSC was checked by the nurse in charge, and the detailed application data were collected and analyzed. Results After the application of the VAPSC, the average retention time of tracheal intubation and the incidence of VAP were reduced in patients after cardiac surgery.Conclusion The application of VAPSC can shorten the patient's intubation time and lower the incidence of VAP and thus is worth promoting.
