摘要
为探讨社会支持、应对策略和孤独对大学生网络成瘾的影响作用,采用大学生网络成瘾量表(YIAT-SF),社会支持量表(PSSS),青少年应对方式量表(CSCY)和孤独量表(UCLA)对南京3所高校的1216名大学生进行测评。结果显示,社会支持中的其他重要支持、孤独和应对策略中的认知回避、解决问题可以显著预测网络成瘾,社会支持中的家庭支持、朋友支持以及应对策略中的帮助寻求和行为回避不能预测网络成瘾。鉴于此,学校、家庭和社会可以通过构建社会支持系统、优化应对方式和鼓励大学生积极参加社团活动等措施,提升大学生感知社会支持水平,降低孤独感,进而降低网络成瘾水平。
        In order to explore the effects of social support, coping strategies and loneliness on college students 'Internet addiction,the YIAT-SF and the PSSS were used. The youth coping style scale(CSCY) and the loneliness scale(UCLA) were used to evaluate 1,216 college students in three universities in Nanjing. The results showed that other important support in social support, loneliness, cognitive avoidance in coping strategies, and problem solving can significantly predict Internet addiction. Family support, friend support and coping strategies in social support seek help and behavior avoidance can not predict Internet addiction. In view of this, schools, families, and society can improve the level of college students 'perception of social support, reduce loneliness, and reduce the level of Internet addiction through measures such as building social support systems, optimizing coping methods, and encouraging college students to actively participate in community activities.
