小城市培育的文化力作用探究——以浙中横店与佛堂为例

摘要
小城市培育要有品味就要重视文化力的作用,导入现代文化元素,展示优秀传统文化。浙中地区正在进行小城市培育的横店与佛堂,或由影视旅游文化产业主导发展,或在古镇文化传承中创新发展,文化力的牵引颇具特色,但就合规律性与合目的性相统一看,其作用发挥与人们的期待有一定差距。建设特色文化小城市,应以城市群为依托,以都市区共建为目标,着力做好以下3方面的工作:以文化产,优化小城市产业结构;以文化人,使小城市培育更好满足人们的文化需求;以文化城,让文化力牵引小城市迈向都市化。
To cultivate small cities with good tastes needs to value the effect of cultural power, that is, introduce modern cultural elements and demonstrate splendid traditional culture. Either with the development driven by industries like film and television, tourism and culture, or with the development pulled by inheritance of the culture of the age-old township, the effect of cultural power is very distinctive in small city cultivation. However, from the perspective of the unity of laws and objectives of their development, there exist a gap between the actual exertion of the effect of the cultural power and people's expectation. The construction of small cities with characteristic culture should rely on city agglomeration and joint development of common metropolitan areas, so that industrial structure can be optimized with culture, people's cultural needs can be satisfied and small cities can be push forward toward urbanization.
