摘要
真耳分析作为一项助听器精准调节的评估手段在临床上得到越来越广泛的应用。对于成人听障患者而言,它不仅可以精准测试助听器增益,还可以进行降噪、方向性、移频等高级功能的测试,同时,临床上难以解决的堵耳效应、响度重振等问题在精准量化后进行针对性的调节,能够有效提高成人使用助听器的满意度和舒适度。
        Real-ear measure as a means of accurate adjustment of hearing aids is more and more widely used clinically. For adults with hearing impairment, not only can it accurately test the hearing aid gain, but also can carry out advanced functions such as noise reduction, directionality, frequency shift and other tests. At the same time, clinical problems such as plugging ear effect, loudness reverberation and so on, can be adjusted after precise quantification, which can effectively improve the satisfaction and comfort of hearing aids for adults.
