植物生长调节剂种类、浓度及浸泡时间对蒜香藤扦插繁殖效果的影响

摘要
【目的】探究植物生长调节剂种类、浓度及浸泡时间对蒜香藤扦插繁殖效果的影响,为优化蒜香藤扦插繁殖条件提供参考依据。【方法】以蒜香藤带芽茎段为插条,采用3因素(A、B和C)3水平正交试验设计,测定分析不同植物生长调节剂种类[吲哚丁酸(IBA)、萘乙酸(NAA)和吲哚乙酸(IAA)](A1、A2和A3)、浓度(10.0、50.0和100.0 mg/L)(B1、B2和B3)及浸泡时间(5、15和30 min)(C1、C2和C3)处理插条的生根和抽芽指标,筛选适宜蒜香藤扦插繁殖的植物生长调节剂种类、浓度和浸泡时间。【结果】各因素对蒜香藤插条生根率的主导作用排序为植物生长调节剂种类>浸泡时间>浓度,对平均根数的主导作用排序为浸泡时间>种类>浓度,对平均根长的主导作用排序为植物生长调节剂浸泡时间>浓度>种类,对抽芽率的主导作用排序为植物生长调节剂种类>浸泡时间>浓度,对抽1个芽占比的主导作用排序为植物生长调节剂浸泡时间>浓度>种类,对抽2个芽占比的主导作用排序为植物生长调节剂种类>浸泡时间>浓度。植物生长调节剂种类、浓度和浸泡时间3个因素对生根率、平均根数、抽芽率及抽1个芽占比的影响均达显著(P<0.05,下同)或极显著(P<0.01)水平;植物生长调节剂浓度和浸泡时间对平均根长影响显著,对抽2个芽占比影响不显著(P>0.05,下同);植物生长调节剂种类对平均根长影响不显著。不同植物生长调节剂对生根率、抽芽率及抽1个芽占比影响的最佳组合为100.0 mg/L IAA浸泡插条5 min;对平均根数影响的优势组合为10.0 mg/L NAA浸泡插条15 min;对平均根长影响的优势组合为50.0 mg/L IAA浸泡插条30 min;对抽2个芽影响的优势组合为100.0 mg/L IBA浸泡30 min。【结论】植物生长调节剂IBA、NAA和IAA对促进蒜香藤插条生根和抽芽的作用因种类、浸泡时间和浓度不同而存在差异,其中100.0 mg/L IAA浸泡蒜香藤插条5 min最有利于其生根和抽芽。
        【Objective】The aim of the study was to research the effects of growth regulator type,concentration and soaking time on cuttage propagation of Pseudocalymma alliaceum,and provide technical support for optimizing cutting propagation conditions of P. alliaceum.【Method】Using stem with axillary bud of P. alliaceum as cuttings,using three-factor(A,B and C)three-level orthogonal design,the rooting and budding indexes of P. alliaceum cuttings treated with different plant growth regulators[indolebutyric acid(IBA),nafusaku(NAA)and indoleacetic acid(IAA)](A1,A2 and A3),concentrations(10.0,50.0 and 100.0 mg/L)(B1,B2 and B3)and soaking times(5,15 and 30 min)(C1,C2 and C3)were determined and analyzed. The growth regulator type,concentration and soaking time suitable for cutting propagation conditions of P. alliaceum were screened.【Result】The order of factors that played a dominant role in rooting rate was growth regulator type>soaking time>growth regulator concentration,the order of factors that played a dominant role in average root number was soaking time>growth regulator type>growth regulator concentration,the order of factors that played a dominant role in average root length was soaking time>growth regulator concentration>growth regulator type,the order of factors that played a dominant role in sprouting rate was growth regulator type>soaking time>growth regulator concentration,the order of factors that played a dominant role in the proportion of plants with one bud was soaking time>growth regulator concentration>growth regulator type,the order of factors that played a dominant role in the proportion of plants with two buds was growth regulator type>soaking time>growth regulator concentration. The effects of growth regulator type,concentration and soaking time on rooting rate,average root number,sprouting rate and the proportion of one bud were significant(P<0.05,the same below)or extremely significant(P<0.01). Growth regulator type and soaking time had significant effects on average root length,but had no significant effects on the proportion of two buds(P>0.05,the same below). Growth regulator type had no significant effects on average root length. The optimum combination of growth regulator on rooting rate,budding rate and the proportion of one bud was 100.0 mg/L IAA soaking cuttings for 5 min,the dominant combination on average roots was 10.0 mg/L NAA soaking cuttings for 15 min,the dominant combination on average root length was 50.0 mg/L IAA soaking cuttings for 30 min,the dominant combination on two buds was 100.0 mg/L IBA soaking cuttings for 30 min.【Conclusion】The effects of plant growth regulators IBA,NAA and IAA on rooting and sprouting of P. alliaceu cu-ttings varied with types,soaking times and concentrations,among which 100.0 mg/L IAA soaking cuttings for 5 min is the best for rooting and sprouting of P. alliaceu cuttings.
