摘要
鄂尔多斯盆地定北区块多套气藏叠合发育,主力层为盒1和太2。针对太2层水平井预置管裸眼完井改造后产水达不到工业开发目标,为加快盒1层评价,进一步落实盒1层储量,采用钻磨永久悬挂封隔器处理套管,上返盒1储层落实产能。针对LP1T井磨铣处理悬挂器时,扭矩大,环空缝隙小,磨铣工具易损伤套管等问题,通过优选工具、优化施工作业参数,预防和解决磨损套管等难题,一趟钻完成作业,施工成功率100%,在预置管完井大修及处理悬挂器储层上返工艺具有很强的推广价值。
        There are several sets of overlapping gas field in Liuyangpu gas reservoir,mainly for He 1 and Tai 2 layers,which are on the longitudinal interlacing superposition. The horizontal wells of Tai2 layer is open-hole completion in advance with preset pipe,which leads to serious water discharge after fracturing pressure,and are not up to the requirements. At the same time the He 1 layer is good in evaluation effect. In order to speed up the implementation of He 1 layer,adopting comprehensive treatment measures for processing hanger and casing is a good way of further implementing reservoir capacity. According to the problems happening in LP1 T well,such as large torque,small annular gap,milling tool is easy to damage,the problem of casing was solved by only one drilling operation through the optimization of construction operation parameter and tools. The construction is a 100% success. It is worthy to popularize this technology in the open-hole completion well in advance with preset pipe.
