吡格列酮联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的疗效分析

摘要
目的:分析吡格列酮联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的疗效。方法:选取2013年4月-2014年1月在我科治疗的105例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组53例单用枸橼酸氯米芬(100 mg,qd)治疗;观察组52例采用吡格列酮(15 mg,qd)联合枸橼酸氯米芬(同对照组)治疗。分析比较两组的卵巢大小、卵泡数目、子宫内膜厚度、注射人体绒膜促性腺激素(HCG)日性激素水平变化及临床妊娠率情况。结果 :观察组的卵巢大小、卵泡数目、子宫内膜厚度均低于对照组,且观察组临床妊娠率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者注射HCG日血清黄体生成素(LH)及T水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 :对多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者给予吡格列酮联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗疗效显著,提高妊娠率,且安全性高,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of pioglitazone combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) with infertility.Methods:A total of 105 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility in our hospital from April 2013 to January 2014 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group patients(53 cases)were treated with clomiphene citrate(100 mg,qd) alone,while 52 patients in the observation group were treated with clomiphen citrate(same as the control group) and pioglitazone(15 mg,qd).Ovary size,number of follicles,the thickness of endometrium,change of sex hormone levels in the day of injection of HCG and clinical pregnancy rate were analyzed.Results:The size of ovaries,number of follicles and the thickness of endometrium in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the clinical pregnancy rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in serum LH and T levels betwen two groups in the day of injection of HCG(P>0.05).Conclusion:These results show that pioglitazone combined with clomiphene citrate offers obviously therapetic effect in patients with PCOS accompanying by infertility,which can improve the pregnancy rate with less adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical popularization.
