慢性肺源性心脏病患者血清血管内皮生长因子水平变化

摘要
目的探讨慢性肺源性心脏病患者血管内皮生长因子水平变化及其临床意义。方法收集正常对照组36例、慢性肺源性心脏病患者52例,并测定血清血管内皮生长因子含量。结果两组间血清VEGF含量存在显著差异。结论 VEGF可能参与了慢性肺源性心脏病的进程。
Objective To investigate the level and clinical significance of serum vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) in chronic pulmonary heart disease patients. Methods Collected 36 healthy people,52 chronic pulmonary heart disease patients and tested the level of serum vascular endothelial growth factor. Results There were significant difference in vascular endothelial growth factor level between 2 groups. Conclusion VEGF probably took part in the progression of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
