细胞间黏附分子1及血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子1与肿瘤关系的研究进展

摘要
目的细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)及血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM-1)是一类黏附分子,其主要功能是介导细胞间接触、黏附及淋巴细胞的穿内皮。ICAM-1作为共刺激分子和信号转导分子来激活细胞内的信号通路,导致淋巴细胞的活化,细胞因子的分泌和促炎性瀑布的激发。ICAM-1能够介导细胞间连接,恶性肿瘤组织通过表达ICAM-1使得肿瘤细胞转移和侵袭能力增强,而血清sICAM-1不但是肿瘤免疫逃逸的重要手段,也与肿瘤的侵袭和转移密切相关。近年来研究发现,ICAM-1/sICAM-1在肿瘤中表达量增加与肿瘤的治疗效果及预后密切相关。
