新媒体对哈尔滨市某医科大学学生健康风险认知的影响

摘要
目的:对医学生的健康风险认知和新媒体利用现状进行调查分析,为提高医学生的健康意识提供参考。方法:整群抽取307名某医科大学学生,进行问卷调查,运用SPSS 22.0等软件进行统计分析。结果:医学生对环境和性行为风险因素危险度评分最高(均值分别为4.23和3.81);该群体对搜索引擎或网站使用程度最高,报纸最低,对官方微博可信度评价最高,朋友圈转发内容评价最低;性别、健康风险关注度和微信公众号的可信度对风险认知水平有显著性影响(P<0.05)。结论:医学生对环境和性行为风险认知较高,对新媒体使用程度较高,而可信度较低。女生的风险认知水平普遍高于男生;对健康风险关注度和官方微信可信度正向影响风险认知水平。有必要加强对医学生健康风险因素的相关教育和新媒体的正确使用,提高男生的风险认知。
Objective: To learn the new media utilization status and health risk perception of medical college students and provide reference to improve the health perception of medical students. Methods: Cluster sampling method was adopted in this survey and total 307 medical students were investigated with self-made questionnaire. SPSS 22.0 and other saftwares were used to perform the statistical analysis. Results: According to scoring nine modules of health risk factors,environment and sex behavior risk factors ' scores were the top two levels( 4.23,3.81). The score of web usage was the highest one,the score of official newspaper usage was the lowest,the mean value of credibility of micro-blog was the highest,the mean value of credibility of circle of We Chat was the lowest. There were significantly statistical differences in gender,health risk concern and credibility of We Chat which impact the level of risk perception( P< 0.05). Conclusion: Medical students are most concerned about risks of environment and behavior.These groups generally get information from new media,but the credibility of new media they rated is lower. Female's risk perception level is generally higher than that of male. Attention to health risk and credibility of We Chat Official Account are positively influencing the risk perception level. It is necessary to strengthen the relevant education of medical students' health risk factors,improve the risk perception of males,and use the new media correctly.
