摘要
为防止东偏泓闸上游船只对水闸的运行管理带来安全隐患,需要在上游设置拦船设施,起到安全警示作用。基于力学原理及规范公式,采用受力分析法,对新建拦船设施的安全稳定、地锚阻水以及由此带来的冲刷等问题进行计算分析。结果表明:新建拦船设施整体稳定性好,混凝土地锚的设置对东偏泓闸行洪基本没有影响。该工程所采用的设计方案与计算方法可供类似项目参考与借鉴。
        In order to prevent the safety of the sluice operation and management of the upstream vessels of the east-biased gate, it is necessary to set up a ship-blocking facility upstream to play a safety warning role. Based on the mechanics principle and the normative formula, the force analysis method is used to calculate and analyze the safety and stability of the new ship-building facilities, the ground anchor water blocking and the resulting erosion. The results show that the overall stability of the new ship-blocking facilities is good, and the setting of the concrete ground anchors has no effect on the flooding of the east-south gate. The design scheme and calculation method adopted by the project can be used for reference and reference of similar projects.
