摘要
某石化苯乙烯装置一大口径不锈钢管道运行多年后,B08#焊缝出现沿焊缝中心线开裂呈现多处裂纹,该焊缝恰好坐落在吊架上。从焊缝裂纹位置、金相组织、断口能谱、化学成分、焊缝受力等几方面进行分析,确定裂纹发生原因,并提出解决的措施和相关建议,以加强对管道设计、安装质量的控制,从而确保装置长周期安全运行。
After years of operation of a large diameter stainless steel pipe for one petrochemical styrene device. The B08# weldappeared along the crack of the center line of weld seam and it is right on the hanger. the article analyzes the crack position、metallographic structure、fracture energy spectrum、chemical composition and welding force, etc to determine the cause of crack. The measures and related suggestions are put forward to strengthen the control of piping design and installation quality, thus ensuring the safety of the long cycle operation.
