外源IAA对盐胁迫黄芩幼苗生长的生理效应

摘要
以商洛道地药材黄芩1年生实生幼苗为供试材料,采用0.5 g/m L NaCl模拟盐胁迫处理盆栽黄芩幼苗,研究了不同质量浓度(0,2,4,6,8,10 mg/L)IAA处理和施加方法对盐胁迫下黄芩幼苗生理特性的影响。结果显示,在盐胁迫下,不同质量浓度IAA的不同施加方式处理黄芩幼苗与对照组CK2(0.5 g/m L NaCl)相比,MDA含量明显低于对照CK2,而叶绿素、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、POD和CAT酶活性均呈现不同程度升高趋势,其中以叶面喷施6 mg/L IAA处理效果最佳,叶绿素、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、POD活性、CAT酶活性、丙二醛含量分别达3.33 mg/g,10.65μg/g,2.07 mg/g,9.05%,23.90 U/g,4.69 U/g,7.32 nmol/g,较对照CK2分别增加285%,197%,88%,147%,77%,227%,-61%。综合以上结果表明,通过施加外源物质IAA可以提高黄芩幼苗的耐盐性,且以叶面喷施6 mg/L的IAA作用效果最佳。
        The seedlings of Scutellaria baicalensis were treated with the concentration of 0.5 g/m L NaCl simulated salt stress. The effects of different concentrations(0, 2, 4, 6, 8,10 mg/L)on the physiological characteristics of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi seedlings under salt stress were studied. The results showed that under salt stress, the content of MDA in Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings was significantly lower than that of control group CK2(0.5 g/m L NaCl), and the content of chlorophyll, proline, soluble protein, soluble sugar,POD and CAT enzyme activity increased in different degrees compared with the control group CK2, the effect of spraying 6 mg/L IAA was the best. The content of chlorophyll, proline, soluble protein, soluble sugar, POD, CAT enzyme activity, MDA content were 3.33 mg/g,10.65 μg/g, 2.07 mg/g, 9.05%, 23.90 U/g, 4.69 U/g, 7.32 nmol/g, the increase was 285%, 197%, 88%, 147%, 77%, 227%,-61%,respectively. The above results show that the salt tolerance of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi seedlings can be improved by applying exogenous IAA, and the effect of spraying 6 mg/L on IAA is the best.
