摘要
目的探讨P300电位对癫痫性精神障碍患者认知功能的评估价值。方法选取2016年2月~2018年5月我院收治的癫痫性精神障碍患者75例,纳入观察组,另取同时期健康体检者75例,纳入对照组。对两组患者分别进行P300电位测定,并用认知能力筛查试验(CASI)对其认知功能进行评价,进行对比分析。结果在P300电位潜伏期与波幅比较方面,观察组患者N2、P3潜伏期长于对照组患者,P3波幅更大(P <0.05)。而在N1、P2潜伏期和P2波幅方面,两组患者差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。两组患者在CASI试验各项及总分方面差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对P300电位P3波幅与CASI总分进行Pearson相关性分析,结果显示两项指标具有正相关关系(r=0.385,P=0.001)。结论癫痫性精神障碍患者P300电位和认知功能与正常人相比均有差异,其中,认知功能水平降低与P300电位P3波幅下降有关,但具体机制仍有待于进一步研究。
        Objective To explore the value of P300 potential on cognitive function in patients with epileptic disorder. Methods 75 patients with epileptic mental disorder admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to May2018 were included in the observation group.Another 75 healthy subjects at the same time were included in the control group.P300 potential was measured in two groups,and cognitive function was evaluated and compared by cognitive screening test(CASI). Results In terms of P300 potential latency and amplitude comparison,N2 and P3 latency in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,and P3 amplitude was larger(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in N1,P2 latency and P2 amplitude between the two groups(P > 0.05).The differences between the two groups were statistically significant in terms of each procedure and the total points(P < 0.05).Pearson correlation analysis of P300 potential P3 amplitude and CASI score showed that there was a positive correlation between the two indexes(r=0.385,P=0.001). Conclusion P300 potentials and cognitive function in patients with epileptic mental disorders compared with normal people have differences,among them,the cognitive levels associated with P300 potential P3 amplitude are decreased,but the specific mechanism remains to be further research.
