摘要

截至2018年底,浙江省已建成省级天然气管网近1800公里。在经济较发达、人类活动频繁的浙江省,如何做好长输天然气管道的保护,尤其是加强对影响管道的后建工程及第三方作业的管理工作,是确保省级天然气管网安全运行的重要环节。文章结合后建工程管理立法、后建工程管控等方面对浙江省长输天然气管道后建工程管理模式进行分析。
