摘要
介绍超声波流量计的工作原理,与罗茨流量计进行性能对比。探讨了超声波流量计计量精度的主要影响因素(气体组成、流场、脏污)及应对措施。
The working principle of ultrasonic flowmeter is introduced,and its performance is compared with that of Roots flowmeter. The main factors including gas composition,flow field and dirtiness that influence ultrasonic flowmeter measurement precision and response measures are discussed.
