综合护理干预在慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻内窥镜治疗中的应用效果观察

摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预在慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻内窥镜治疗中的应用效果。方法:将168例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各84例,对照组采用常规护理干预措施,观察组实施综合护理干预措施。比较两组患者干预后临床疗效、并发症发生率和复发率、患者满意度及生活质量评分。结果:观察组干预后总有效率为95.24%,明显高于对照组76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率和复发率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为100%,明显高于对照组92.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能、认知功能等方面评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预不仅能够提高慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻内窥镜治疗的临床疗效和患者满意度,减少术后相关并发症,还能减少术后复发,提高患者生存质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis by nasal endoscopy. Methods: 168 patients with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group( 84 cases in each group). The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were provided comprehensive nursing measures. The clinical effect,incidence of complication,recurrence rate,patient satisfaction and the score of quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group after the intervention( P < 0. 05); the incidence of complication and recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group( P < 0. 05); the satisfaction rate of nursing care was significantly higher than the control group( P <0. 05); the scores of patient's physical function,role function,social function and cognitive function were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Application of the comprehensive nursing intervention can not only improve the clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with nasal endoscope and reduce the postoperative complications,but also decrease the postoperative recurrence and improve the patient satisfaction and quality of life of the patients.
