化脓性阑尾炎术后预防感染护理体会

摘要
目的探讨化脓性阑尾炎术后预防感染的护理方法及临床效果。方法选择我院2016年1~7月的化脓性阑尾炎手术患者48例,将其随机分为观察组24例和对照组24例。对照组患者采取化脓性阑尾炎术后常规护理,观察组患者采取化脓性阑尾炎术后预防感染护理,对比观察两组患者术后感染的发生率、伤口愈合时间和住院时间的差异。结果观察组患者术后感染的发生率、伤口愈合时间和住院时间均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对化脓性阑尾炎患者采用预防感染护理干预,能够有效预防术后感染,而且还缩短了住院时间和伤口愈合时间。
Objective To explore the nursing methods and effect of prevention of postoperative infection in suppurative appendicitis. Methods 48 cases with suppurative appendicitis operation from January to July 2016,were selected and divided into observation group(24 cases)and control group(24 cases)randomly in our hospital. The control group were taken routing nursing and the observation group was taken prevention of postoperative infection after suppurative appendicitis operation. The incidence rate of post-operative infection,wound healing time and length of stay between the two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of post-operative infection,wound healing time and length of stay in observation group was less than control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Taken prevention of postoperative infection can prevent the infection,shorten the hospitalization time and wound healing time effectively.
