摘要
为确保观览车类游乐设施安全运行,针对特种设备检规对防止超速控制装置检验方法的不足,设计并开发了一种基于外接变频技术的观览车类游乐设施超速保护功能检测系统。检验时通过人为控制外接变频器将游乐设施电动机加速到超速状态,进而对超速保护功能是否动作以及制动响应时间进行检验。该系统采用平板电脑做上位机,通过无线通讯方式控制下位机进行检验,操作方便,劳动强度低,确保了该检验项目的检验准确性。
        In order to ensure safe operation of the car rides,considerding the insufficient inspection methods for prevent overspeed control devices in special equipment inspection,an overspeed protection function detection system of the car-based amusement facilities was designed and developed based on the external frequency conversion technology.During the inspection,the rider motor was accelerated to the overspeed state by artificially controlling the external frequency converter,and then the overspeed protection function was triggered and the brake response time was tested.A tablet computer as the upper computer was utilized to control the lower machine inspection process by wireless communication mode.The system is easy to operate and has low labor and enemy,ensuring the inspection accuracy for the inspection project.
