联合用药雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎的效果观察

摘要
目的分析研究布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇、异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎的效果。方法选取2016年3月—2017年10月在我院接受治疗的78例新生儿肺炎患儿,随机将患儿分为实验组与对照组,对照组采用常规的治疗,实验组在对照组基础上采用布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇、异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果实验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,实验组患儿症状消失时间短于对照组,实验组的PCT、CRP水平低于对照组,P <0.05。结论应用布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇、异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎,可以有效的提高治疗效果,缩短症状消失时间。
Objective To study the effect of nebulization inhalation of budesonide combined with salbutamol and ipratropium bromide on neonates pneumonia. Methods 78 children with pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was given routine treatment. The experimental group was given budesonide combined with salbutamol and ipratropium bromide aerosol inhalation on the basis of the control group. Budesonide combined with salbutamol and ipratropium bromide inhalation treatment, the treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the disappearance time of neonatal symptoms in the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, and the levels of PCT and CRP in the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion Nebulization inhalation of budesonide combined with salbutamol and ipratropium bromide can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of neonatal pneumonia and reduce the disappearance time of symptoms.
