针刀松解治疗多发性屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎52例

摘要
目的观察针刀松解疗法治疗多发性指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法将104例多发性指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各52例。治疗组予针刀松解疗法治疗,对照组予复方倍他米松局部封闭疗法治疗,同时2组均配合术后功能锻炼。治疗1周后,判定2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈36例,显效14例,无效2例,总有效率为96.2%;对照组治愈25例,显效11例,无效16例,总有效率为69.2%。2组总有效率比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论针刀松解法治疗多发性指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效显著,明显优于封闭疗法。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupunctomy release therapy in the treatment of multiple tenovaginitis of digitorum.Methods One hundred and four cases of multiple tenovaginitis of digitorum were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 52 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with acupunctomy release therapy,while the control group was treated with compound betamethasone partial closure therapy. Both groups were given functional training after operation. After one week of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Result In the treatment group,36 cases were cured,14 cases were effectively,2 cases were ineffectively,and the total effective rate was 96. 2%. In the contrast group,25 cases were cured,11 cases were effective,16 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 69. 2%. The difference on the total effective rate was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Acupunctomy release therapy in the treatment of multiple tenovaginitis of digitorum has significant effect,and it is significantly better than the closure therapy.
