艾滋病病区护士工作压力及主观幸福感相关性研究

摘要
目的探讨艾滋病病区护士工作压力及主观幸福感间的关系,为科学排解工作压力,防范艾滋病病区护士心理亚健康、提高主观幸福感和生活质量等方面提供重要的理论依据。方法应用护士一般调查问卷、护士工作压力源量表、总体幸福感量表对湖南省5所艾滋病定点收治医院中在艾滋病病区工作的102名护士进行问卷调查。结果艾滋病病区护士工作压力处于中高等水平(89.43±11.81)分,护士总体幸福感(59.79±5.12)为中等偏下水平,艾滋病病区护士工作压力源总分及各维度得分均与主观幸福感总分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论艾滋病病区护士工作压力偏大、而主观幸福感偏低,应建立完善的护士支持系统,提高护士主观幸福感,进而提高护理服务质量,稳定护理队伍,保障医疗护理工作安全。
        Objective To explore the relationship between work stress and subjective well-being in nurses of AIDS wards, and to provide an important theoretical basis for scientifically relieving work stress, preventing psychological sub-health of nurses of AIDS wards and improving subjective well-being and quality of life. Methods A questionnaire about nurse general condition, nurse working pressure source scale and general happiness scale were employed to investigate 102 nurses working in AIDS wards of 5 AIDS treatment hospitals in Hunan Province. Results Work pressure of the nurses in AIDS wards was at a middle-to-high level(89.43±11.81), and the overall happiness of the nurses(59.79±5.12) was at a middle-to-low level. The total score of work pressure source and the score of each dimension in the nurses of AIDS wards were negatively related to the total score of subjective well-being(P<0.05). Conclusions High work stress and low subjective well-being are found in the nurses of AIDS wards; and hence, it is necessary to establish a perfect nurse support system and improve their subjective well-being so as to promote the quality of nursing services, stabilize the nursing team and ensure the safety of medical care work.
