摘要
对改性青稞β-葡聚糖荷载黑枸杞花青素微胶囊溶液的抗疲劳功效进行研究。以不同剂量浓度的改性青稞β-葡聚糖荷载黑枸杞花青素微胶囊溶液为受试样品,以SPF级BALB/c小白鼠为试验受体,将其分为低、中、高剂量组、阳性对照组和空白对照组,对各组小鼠以0.2 mL/d的剂量连续灌胃30 d后,进行负重游泳实验,并对小鼠进行不负重游泳后拔眼球采血测定血清尿素氮水平,对小鼠进行解剖测定脏器湿重、肝糖原水平两项指标,采用尾尖取血法对小鼠血乳酸水平进行测试。结果表明:与空白对照组比较,改性青稞β-葡聚糖荷载黑枸杞花青素微胶囊溶液各剂量组均能延长小鼠负重游泳时间,增加肝糖原的储备量,降低小鼠运动后血清尿素氮和血乳酸水平,且剂量浓度为1.0 mg/mL(低剂量组)时,各项测定指标都优于空白对照组(p<0.05)。因此,改性青稞β-葡聚糖荷载黑枸杞花青素微胶囊溶液具有明显的抗疲劳功效,且1.0 mg/mL的浓度为最佳剂量。
        Anti-fatigue function of the solution of microencapsulation loading anthocyanidins of Lycium ruthenicum Murr by modified β-glucan from highland barley had been studied. The solution of microencapsulation loading anthocyanidins of Lycium ruthenicum Murr by modified β-glucan from highland barley as ingredient had been concentrated into different dose sample for experiment. SPF BALB/c mice were chosen as the experimental receptor and divided into low, middle, high dose, positive control and blank control group. After gavage for 30 days with 0.2 mL/d dose, the loaded swimming test was conducted, and blood was taken from eyes of mice with no loaded swimming to test serum urea nitrogen level. At the same time, mice had been dissected to test wet weight of their viscera and liver glycogen level. What's more, blood lactic acid level were tested by the method of taking blood from tails. The result showed that the solution of microencapsulation loading anthocyanidins of Lycium ruthenicum Murr could prolong the swimming time compared with the blank control group, increase liver glycogen reserves, reduce serum urea nitrogen and the levels of blood lactic acid in mice after swimming. Every measurement index of experimental group was better than blank control group(p<0.05) when the concentration was 1.0 mg/mL(low dose group). Therefore, the solution of microencapsulation loading anthocyanidins of Lycium ruthenicum Murr by the modified β-glucan from highland barley had significant anti-fatigue function and the concentration of 1.0 mg/mL was the best dose.
