摘要
目的探讨预成纤维桩在上前牙缺损修复中的应用效果。方法选取102例上前牙缺损需修复患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组51例。对照组应用可塑纤维桩修复,研究组应用预成纤维桩修复。比较两组患者疗效、咀嚼功能、修复情况以及并发症发生率。结果研究组疗效优于对照组,治疗有效率高于对照组(均P <0. 05)。修复后两组咀嚼效率、咬合力均高于修复前,且研究组高于对照组(均P <0. 05);研究组边缘适合性、颜色匹配度、修复体完整度均优于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(均P <0. 05)。结论采用预成纤维桩修复上前牙缺损的修复效果良好,利于咀嚼功能恢复,安全性较好,有助于改善患者生活质量。
        Objective To investigate the application efficacy of prefabricated fiber post in the restoration for upper anterior teeth defect. Methods A total of 102 patients with upper anterior teeth defect requiring dental restoration were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 51 cases in each group. The control group used plastic fiber post for dental restoration,while the study group used prefabricated fiber post. Efficacy,masticatory function,restoration results,and incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The study group achieved a better efficacy and a higher effective rate for treatment compared with the control group( all P < 0. 05);after dental restoration,masticatory efficiency and occlusal force were higher in both groups compared with those before restoration,the indices above in the study group were higher than those in the control group( all P < 0. 05); the study group represented superior marginal adaptation,color-matching degree and restoration integrity,as well as a lower total incidence rate of complications,than the control group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion The use of prefabricated fiber post achieves a favorable restorative efficacy for upper anterior teeth defect,which is beneficial to masticatory function recovery and has a better safety,it might contribute to improving patients' quality of life.
