6S管理在预防内科住院老年患者跌倒中的应用

摘要
目的探讨6S管理模式在预防内科住院老年患者跌倒中的应用效果。方法选取2017年8月1日～11月30日入住本院内科病区358例老年患者为干预组,同时回顾性收集2016年8月1日～11月30日间入住我院的326例老年患者为对照组,而后分析比较两组患者在跌倒发生率、跌倒严重程度、护理效果满意度等指标间的差异。结果两组患者性别、年龄、Charlson合并症指数以及MFS分值等一般资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相较于对照组,干预组患者跌倒发生率较低、跌倒严重程度较轻并且护理效果满意度评分较高。结论在内科中实施6S管理模式,可有效降低老年患者跌倒的发生并且减轻跌倒严重程度,患者满意度得到明显提升。
Objective To explore the application effect of 6 S management mode in preventing falls in hospitalized elderly patients in the internal medicine department. Methods 358 elderly patients in the internal medicine ward of the hospital from August 1 to November 30, 2017 were selected as the intervention group, and the 326 elderly patients retrospectively collected who were admitted in our hospital from August 1 to November 30, 2016 were selected as the control group. And then the differences in the incidence of falls, the severity of falls, and the satisfaction of nursing effects be tween the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in gender, age, Charlson comorbidity index and MFS score between the two groups(P>0.05). Compared with that in the control group, the incidence of falls was lower and the severity of the fall was slighter in the intervention group, and the nursing effect satisfaction score was higher. Conclusion The implementation of 6 S management mode in internal medicine department can effectively reduce the incidence of falls in elderly patients and reduce the severity of falls, and patient satisfaction is significantly improved.
