摘要

针对企业信息化发展带来的信息资源爆发式增长,大量的纸质档案被电子档案所替代等问题,本文分析了大数据时代企业档案管理工作面临的影响与挑战,提出了树立大档案观、加强档案资源建设,实现电子文件归档与电子档案管理,建设传统载体档案数字资源,建设数字档案馆,运用大数据技术提升档案利用开发能力等几个方面的对策。
        In view of the explosive growth of information resources in the development of enterprise informatization and the replacement of a large number of paper files by electronic files, this paper analyzes the impact and challenges facing the work of enterprise archives management in the era of big data, and puts forward the establishment of a large file view to strengthen the construction of archival resources, the application of electronic file filing and the management of electronic archives. We should construct the paper archives digital resources, build digital archives, use big data technology to enhance the utilization and development capacity of archives, etc.
