摘要
立足农产品生产、包装和运销3个主要生产过流程,介绍美国和日本的农产品质量安全可追溯体系,通过横向对比分析美国和日本发展农产品可追溯体系以及对我国的启示,为我国农产品可追溯体系的建设提供借鉴。
Based on the three major production processes of production, packaging and distribution of agricultural products, this paper introduces the quality and safety traceability system of agricultural products in the United States and Japan, and analyzes the development of the traceability system of agricultural products in the United States and Japan through the horizontal comparison and the enlightenment to our country, in order to provide reference for the construction of the traceability system of agricultural products in China.
