摘要
在进行固体层法与盐雾法结合的人工盐雾污秽试验时,存在盐雾对绝缘子表面污秽的冲洗作用。当采用均匀升压法进行试验时,这种冲洗作用与加压之前的润湿时间有关;当采用恒压升降法进行试验时,这种冲洗作用与恒压持续时间有关。本文针对盐雾对绝缘子表面污秽的冲洗作用,在盐雾污秽试验过程中的一系列时间点对绝缘子表面污秽进行了检测。结果表明,低导电率盐雾会对绝缘子表面污秽产生冲洗作用,使绝缘子表面的盐密随着喷雾时间的增长而减小;但高导电率盐雾由于一方面盐雾会冲洗绝缘子表面污秽,另一方面盐雾会附着在绝缘子表面补充表面导电物质,两者的影响互补,结果表明,高导电率盐雾对绝缘子表面盐密的影响不明显。
        In the experiment of artificial salt fog polluted by the combination of the solid layer method and the salt spray method,the cleaning effect of salt spray on the surface contamination of the insulator is existed. The cleaning effect is related to the wetting time before the pressure is applied. In this paper,according to the cleaning effect of salt spray on the surface contamination of insulators,the contamination of insulator surface was detected in a series of time points. The results show that the salt fog of low conductivity will produce cleaning effect on insulator surfaces,the surface of the insulator salt density decreases with the increase of spray time; but the salt fog of high conductivity will clean insulators,on the other hand,salt fog will be attached to the surface of the insulator and the results show that the high conductivity of salt fog on the surface of the insulator salt density is not obvious.
