摘要
提出了适用于35~40 t轴重重载铁路轻质混凝土路基结构架构方案,采用将实尺模型试验、室内力学试验及理论分析相结合的方法验证其力学可行性,研究轻质混凝土路基结构的应力传递规律及受力变形关系。试验结果表明:湿密度800 kg/m3的轻质混凝土7,28 d抗压强度分别为1. 55,2. 63 MPa,满足重载铁路轻质混凝土路基结构的设计要求;轨下应力较为集中,两轨中间应力叠加,竖向应力随着扩散广度及深度增加逐渐降低,沿线路纵向竖向应力传递规律也类似。
The architecture scheme oflightweight concrete subgrade structure suitable for heavy haul railway with35 ~ 40 t axle load was put forward,the mechanical feasibility of the scheme was verif ied by a combination of means of full-scale model test,indoor mechanical test and theoretical analysis,and the stress transfer lawand stressdeformation relationship oflightweight concrete subgrade structure was studied.The results showthat the compressive strength oflightweight concrete with wet density of 800 kg/m3 is 1. 55 and 2. 63 MPa respectively for 7 days and 28 days,which could meet the design requirements oflightweight concrete subgrade structure for heavy haul railway,the stress under rail is concentrated and the stress between the two wheels is superimposed,vertical stress decreases gradually with the depth and breadth of diffusion,and the lawof vertical stress transmission along the railway line is similar.
